- Living room with fireplace (terrace access, sea view, A/C, TV), dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (all smaller than the left building’s). - Double room with en suite bathroom. - Double room with detached bathroom in the hallway.
• Upper Level (external stairway, can be reached by exiting the building)
- Studio with attic, en suite bathroom & private entrance (shower, seating area, attic with double bed, A/C, sea view, terrace access).
Guest Houses (below the pool area)
- Guest House 1: Double room with en suite bathroom & private entrance (shower, twin joinable beds, A/C, sea view, terrace access).
- Guest House 2: Double room with en suite bathroom & private entrance (shower, double bed, A/C, TV, sea view, terrace access).
- Guest House 3: Double room with en suite bathroom & private entrance (shower, double bed, A/C, sea view, terrace access).

The Guest Houses are built side by side, with one of them being individual (Guest House 3) whereas the two others (Guest Houses 1 and 2) are optionally interconnected according to the clients' preferences with an internal door.
All 3 Guest Houses share a veranda with excellent view and a mini outdoor lounge area.
